Vacaville High School is a comprehensive public secondary school committed to exceptional teaching, discovery, and service. From humble beginnings as a two-room schoolhouse, Vacaville High School has grown and evolved over the decades, from early agrarian life to today's modern campus. Over these one hundred years, every era of school life has reflected its times: world wars, epidemics, mid-20th century growth, the turbulent 1960's, and the emergence of the digital age and the global economy. True to its roots, yet committed to providing a 21st century education, Vacaville High School now serves students from across the county and beyond.

A Leader in College and Career Readiness

Students at Vacaville High School graduate with more than a diploma. Our Counseling and College Advising team work hard to make sure that each graduate has a post secondary plan for success. Whether that be immediate entrance to a college or university, the military, or a trade, we work hard to set up students for post secondary school success.

Home of Champions

With 22 CIF Interscholastic Sports, the Bulldogs are the pre eminent athletic department in Solano County having won the Monticello Empire League's School of the Year banner 15 years in a row.

Academic Excellence

Vacaville High School has been recognized by the College Board for excellence in academic rigor. The school offers a myriad of Advanced Placement courses to prepare students for university rigor. The Career Technical courses each have a unique focus and pathway giving students valuable industry relevant skills.
