All student drivers are required to complete the Parking Form to park on campus for the school year. 

Staff Parking

Staff parking is designated on the west side of campus in the staff lot, wrestling room parking lot and driveway. Staff vehicles must have a parking permit clearly displayed (acquired from the Head Secretary), and must park in numbered spots only. Staff should refrain from parking on Monte Vista Avenue, or in student parking areas (unnumbered spots).

Student Parking

All student drivers are required to complete the Student Driver Form, to park on campus for the school year. This annual update certifies their intention to park on campus, and their agreement to the VHS Parking Policy. Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. Students are reminded that designated student parking is on the east side of campus in the main parking lot and near the stadium. Students are not permitted to park in visitor’s parking (in front of Rooms 6-11), the staff lots, or clearly designated reserved spaces. Students choosing to find street parking should follow all local parking ordinances, as many of the surrounding neighborhoods have permit parking only.

Upon entering the property of Vacaville High School, the vehicle owner and/ or driver understands that upon having reasonable suspicion of activity that violates California Ed Code or local penal code, that their vehicle may be subject to search by school officials or School Resource Officers.

Students who park vehicles in a restricted parking spot, or in spots designated for staff, may be subject to school progressive discipline and loss of parking privileges. Students who violate the above policy will be warned on their first offense. Student cars are subject to being towed, at owners expense, on subsequent violations.
