Order Forms:
The 2020-2021 school year is certainly going to be one of the most unique in the history of Vacaville High School. It might not look like our normal year, but our staff is working hard to make sure the book is still everything you want in a VHS yearbook. We'll be documenting our digital learning, modified sports schedule, and everything else, in addition to some of our favorite pages (Big Dog/Little Dog, Then & Now, etc.). Due to us being remote for part of all of the fall, we are encouraging as many families as possible to order online to reduce the risk of transmission:
Parents may purchase a book or senior page using the order form posted online -OR- go to www.yearbookordercenter.com and purchase a book. If you order online, you will need the school code for VHS, which is 7096.
Prices:
- Now through Dec. 31st, 2020 = $70 yearbook only
- Now through Dec. 31st, 2020= $75 for yearbook and name plate
- Jan 1st, 2020 until sold out = $80 for the book only
Payment
- Cash, check or money order through April 2020 through Vaca High.
- Credit cards accepted at www.yearbookordercenter.com
- Distribution day will be CASH ONLY-if the book is not sold out.
- Receipts will be issued for cash only. For checks, your canceled check is your receipt.
- If parents mail in their order and payment, they should check to see that their check clears. If it has not been cashed, yearbook may not have received it.
Photos for Underclass and Senior Section "mug shots"
- Senior yearbook photos must be taken at Collegiate Photography (469-1200) which is FREE. No other photos will be accepted for the senior section pictures.
- Parents need to schedule appointments at Collegiate Studios by Thanksgiving to insure that their senior photo will be in the book.
- Seniors do not have to purchase photos at Collegiate Photography.
- Underclass photos will be taken at Vaca High by Collegiate Photography.
Senior Ad:
Due to special circumstances this year, we will be temporarily reducing senior ad prices for this year only (shown below). We highly recommend that you create your ad online this year- we want to reduce our students' exposure and are only going to be accepting paper materials (photos, message, etc.) in extreme circumstances. Please email me to discuss if you don't think you'll be able to create an online ad: [email protected]
- To create your ad online, go to www.yearbookordercenter.com and use the school code "7096". NOTE: You will have to pay for your ad online in order to finalize it. Please do NOT pay directly to us if you choose this option.
- If you want the yearbook staff to create the ad, you need to mail or drop off the materials AND payment (see below) by October 31, 2019. Ads will be designed and emailed to you to check before the end of January.

- Full Page $200 (8.5 x 11 inches)
- Half Page $100 (8.5 x 5.5 inches)
- Quarter Page $60 (4.25 x 5.5 inches)
- Eighth Page $40 (4.25 x 2.75 inches)
